"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels."

Hello!
I've moved back home from university finally, so this past week I have been unpacking and sorting out all of my things. My room is beginning to look like a room but I still have an unreal amount of books to find a place for. As you can see I have quite a large DVD collection too. Oh dear.

At least this isn't over-crowded!

These shelves still need sorting. That bottom shelf is dipping in the middle.

By the way I started a healthy weight loss blog on tumblr called http://40daysofthin.tumblr.com/. This records my weight loss progress. Anyway, I hope you are all well and I will try and post something more interesting soon. I promise!

I really need to stop helping myself...

to free food! Caught on camera! Me sneaking off with free cupcakes at a Bret Easton Ellis talk. Uh-oh. I'm the one in the lilac dress and aviators. Here's the proof on youtube. I think I need to be more aware of what I'm eating...

Nothing tastes as good...

Weight loss. I'm back on the wagon, but not obsessing over it (I believe you should still enjoy yourself). Over the summer I have managed to lose a stone and honestly I'd like to lose another one. I've always been average weight-wise, not really fat or skinny. I'd like to feel more comfortable in my clothes or a bikini, so I'm going to tone up and size down. The Wii Fit has worked wonders already, so I'm going to keep at that. I'm really into running, but due to my asthma taking a turn for the worse over the summer I've had to cut down on that (gutted). I walk loads, every other day I always do half an hour to an hours worth of walking. I'm still going to eat whatever I want when I'm out with my mates, it's just what I'm eating when just sitting around could be... healthier. So there we have it. Any dietary tips?

'Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.'

When I head back home next weekend I'm starting a long term diet that will get me fit and healthy for when I go on holiday in August. I'm actually really looking forward to it because at home I can go on better runs than here in York (here it's all town as at home I have the beach and the woods). Also my Wii Fit is at home so I'm going to do 40 minutes of that a day. I'll have a lot of spare time so I'll be able to actually prepare my meals instead of my usual take away or beans on toast. I need to improve my diet anyway as I have been pretty ill lately. Anyway here's some inspiring photos that should help me stick to my diet.
